Aaron L. Dils is a passionate sales executive and relationship builder with over 25 years of leadership experience in the fintech, SaaS, and payment solutions industries. Known for his ability to lead with purpose and deliver with precision, Aaron has consistently driven revenue growth, built high-performing teams, and forged long-term partnerships that stand the test of time.

Most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Sales and Vertical Leader for the Credit Union and Banking vertical at REPAY, Aaron led teams responsible for generating over $100 million annually. His strategic vision, paired with a roll-up-your-sleeves work ethic, helped expand the company’s market footprint and secure major contracts with top financial institutions. Whether he’s crafting go-to-market strategies or aligning cross-functional teams, Aaron brings clarity, focus, and a deep commitment to results.

Aaron’s career has been shaped by a strong foundation in leadership roles at Global Payments Inc., where he managed national sales strategies and sales teams for Open Edge as well as Comerica Merchant Services. His experience spans enterprise sales, channel development, partner growth, and operational excellence across multiple states and industries. Through it all, he’s remained grounded in one core principle: relationships drive results.
